Slow Living Wreaths

Freshly cut and hand-tied with Michigan cedar, fir, and pine, our evergreen wreaths bring the beauty of the season to your home. Choose from The Classic, a minimalist Christmas wreath perfect for DIY decorating or holiday gatherings, or The Classic + Bow, which adds a festive touch with your choice of a bright red, burgundy, or gold bow. For a fully adorned option, our Homestead Holiday wreath comes naturally decorated with pinecones, cinnamon sticks, and dried orange slices—ready to hang, no hassle required. Complete with your choice of a hand-tied bow, it’s the perfect way to welcome the holiday season.

Each wreath is crafted from locally sourced Michigan cedar, Norway spruce, and white pine, measuring approximately 24 inches in diameter. With proper care, these high-quality live wreaths can last anywhere from three weeks to three months, with some even staying fresh well into March. To extend their longevity, keep them hydrated and away from heat, ensuring they remain lush and vibrant throughout the season.

The Wreaths

Wreath Care

To keep your wreath fresh and vibrant, we recommend displaying it outdoors in a cool, shaded area, away from direct sunlight. Evergreens love moisture, so regular watering is key—spritz the back of your wreath with water every 2-3 days, give it a soak in a water bath, or simply let nature do the work with rain or snow. Hydration is essential, as the greens continue to absorb water through their cut stems. If your ribbon or decorations get wet, don’t worry—they’ll dry naturally.

For indoor display, extra care is needed to maintain freshness. Keep your wreath away from heat sources, as warmth will dry out the evergreens and shorten their lifespan. Plus, dried greenery can become highly flammable. If possible, hang your wreath in a cool area of your home and prioritize hydration—soak, spritz, and water regularly to keep it looking its best. A well-hydrated wreath is a happy wreath!
