FAQs

Where are you located?

Slow Living Flowers is located in Highland Township off of N Harvey Lake Road.

Is your farm open to the public?

Our farm is the Kothi family home so we are not open to the public.

How do I place an A La Carte event flower order?

You may inquire about an event at any time of the year. However, we prioritize designing with locally grown product and only accept events that are during the Michigan growing season from May-October.
Please visit the EVENTS page for more information on ordering.

Do you have a farm stand?

We do not have a farm stand at this time. Our flowers are offered at the Milford Farmers Market and at select locations in Downtown Milford.

Do you offer full service wedding florals?

Full service event florists work closely with their clients to customize a design plan for their wedding day. Full service weddings typically require a minimum dollar amount and require delivery to the venue, set-up, on site installations and breakdown. Slow Living Co. does not currently offer full service wedding florals, but we are happy to make a referral.

What are “A La Carte” event flowers?

A La Carte flowers are for smaller events that do not require on-site florists. A La Carte is a great option for those who are flexible and have a few extra hands to help set up their wedding. With A La Carte flowers, you have total control over the ordering process and freedom to choose exactly what you want for your special day.

What are CSA Market bouquets?

CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) Market Bouquets are subscription-based arrangements featuring fresh, field-grown flowers that reflect the seasonal beauty of the farm. You can learn more on the Market Florals page.
